Your Air Purifier is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase. If the Air Purifier fails due to defects in material or workmanship, return it to Air Filter Canada and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.*

Amaircare Filter Warranty
The motor/fan(s) in this Amaircare® product is/are warranted by Americair Corporation to the original retail purchaser for FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of purchase. All other components (except filters) are warranted for ONE (1) YEAR. Americair will repair or replace at its option the component(s) which upon inspection by an authorized Amaircare® dealer proves to have failed in normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship, or, at its option, to replace the unit. Proof of purchase and warranty validation required.
Operations other than those recommended in the instruction manual or at voltages other than that specified on the unit, or any attempts by unauthorized personnel to service or modify the unit will void the warranty.
Cartridges
Cartridges are warranted for one year on a prorated basis from the purchase date plus shipping and handling. To replace your cartridge sooner, for any reason, you may pay a minimum charge of 25%(3 months usage) of the current retail price of the cartridge. After that your cartridge is prorated at one-twelfth its current replacement cost for each month of use in excess of three.
This warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or altered in any such way that it’s performance is affected. Proof of purchase required.
Deodorizer Unit / Ozone Coil
The Deodorizer Unit and Ozone Coil are warranted to be free of any operating defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. If there is any failure, Air Filter Canada will repair or replace your unit free of charge.
Air Filter Canada ‘s Air Purification Systems Lifetime Hazard Warranty
Air Filter Canada agrees to replace any piece or component if stolen or destroyed for one-half of the retail price at the time of replacement.
*This warranty does not apply to any part or component that has been subject to misuse, neglect or altered in any such way that it’s performance is affected. To receive the full 10 year warranty you must replace your Air Filter Canada Air Purification Cartridge annually.
